- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, steam the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, broccoli, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes.
