  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
