- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
