- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the ziti, half of the marinara sauce, and half of the ricotta mixture; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
