Million Dollar Deviled Eggs

Delicious deviled eggs elevated with savory turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool down for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
  5. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
