One-Pot Creamy Spicy Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta

A delicious blend of creamy sauce, spicy garlic, and tender steak served with pasta in a single pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the steak strips and cook until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  6. Fold in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to taste.
  • This dish can also be made with chicken or shrimp instead of steak.
