One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

A quick and delicious family dinner that’s all made in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  7. Once the noodles are cooked, return the chicken to the skillet and add the remaining butter.
  8. Stir until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
