  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and brown sugar.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, ensuring it’s well coated, then place in the skillet.
