  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the pretzel rods on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring until melted.
  4. Slowly add heavy cream to the mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Pour the caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Allow to cool, then sprinkle with sea salt and break into pieces.
