  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into squares large enough to wrap around the Brie.
  4. Place a piece of Brie in the center of each square.
  5. Drizzle honey over the Brie and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and thyme.
  6. Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal the edges.
