  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken and bell peppers on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, carrots, and herby ranch dressing.
  7. Assemble the pitas by filling them with the chicken mixture and slaw.
