- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the pitas in the oven during the last few minutes of the chicken cooking.
- Once ready, stuff each pita with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
