- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, combine shrimp, lobster, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
