  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture and stir until well combined.
