- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
