- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough discard, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes until frothy.
- Add warm water, flour, and salt to the mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
