- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, apple cider, and vegetable oil.
