  • 2 packs Korean ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • to taste red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce and gochujang for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat, and grill the beef until cooked through.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. In a separate saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and stir until combined.
  5. Add grilled beef and red pepper flakes to the cream sauce, mixing well.
  6. Drain the ramen noodles and combine them with the creamy beef sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more gochujang or red pepper flakes.
  • Leftover grilled beef can be used in salads or wraps.
