Spicy Rattlesnake Pasta

A delicious and spicy pasta dish that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a bold flavor.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken ham and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add spinach and crumbled bacon, stirring until spinach has wilted.
  8. Toss spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute fettuccine or penne for spaghetti.
