- 1 pound sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine sushi rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low, cooking for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha together.
