  • 1 pound sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Combine sushi rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and reduce the heat to low, cooking for 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha together.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the cooked rice, followed by the flaked salmon, and top it with the mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and nori strips before serving.
