- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Place the marinated chicken on another baking sheet.
- Bake both for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
- For the dill feta cream, blend feta, sour cream, and dill until smooth.
- Serve the chicken topped with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes on the side, garnished with parsley.
