Spicy Yogurt Marinated Chicken with Dill Feta Cream & Crispy Baby Potatoes

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on another baking sheet.
  5. Bake both for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
  6. For the dill feta cream, blend feta, sour cream, and dill until smooth.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes on the side, garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • For extra heat, adjust the cayenne pepper to your preference.
  • Marinating overnight enhances flavors greatly.
