  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on one half of each rectangle.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and make a few slits for steam to escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
