- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the strawberry pie filling in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, cake mix, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
- Spread the cake mix over the strawberry filling evenly.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool and top with whipped topping before serving.
