Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A delicious and easy dessert that combines the flavors of strawberry and cheesecake in a simple dump cake.

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, cake mix, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
  4. Spread the cake mix over the strawberry filling evenly.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool and top with whipped topping before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, add sliced fresh strawberries on top before serving.
