Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Flatten the meat mixture onto a baking sheet into a rectangular shape.
  4. Layer the spinach, mozzarella cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on top of the meat mixture.
  5. Roll the meatloaf carefully, sealing the edges.
  6. Place the rolled meatloaf seam side down on a prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
