2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 can fried onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with fried onions.
