  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set but still soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool before drizzling with chocolate ganache.
