Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, black pepper, and lime juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
