  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling, then remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Slowly mix in the white chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the tart shell and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let cool, then top with mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
